Our firm represents a diverse group of community coalitions fighting the unlawful placement of AI data centers, cellular towers, industrial chemical plants, and agricultural waste in their neighborhoods.

Successfully represented landowners in an appeal against the Arizona Department of Water Resources to overturn the designation of an Irrigation Non Expansion Area in Mohave County, Arizona, on the basis that the agency failed to follow rule-making requirements.

Successfully reversed the dismissal of a claim for fire damage on behalf of ranch owners against the United States Forest Service under the Federal Tort Claims Act at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Successfully represented 52 homeowners in Cochise County to overturn the County's attempt to create a special taxing district.

 Successfully overturned denial by the Arizona Department of Economic Security of  disability benefits for child on the autism spectrum.

 Represented Mohave County in dispute with the Arizona Department of Water Resources over the transfer of surface water rights and entitlement to fees.
